Damien Coquelet bottled his first vintage, 2007, at just 20 years of age, but his wines have already reached striking levels of maturity and complexity. Damien learned everything from his step-father, Georges Descombes. Ever since he was a child he instilled the same values as his step-father when it comes to wine making: organic viticulture, hand harvesting, native yeasts, zero intervention in the cellar and little if any sulfuring when bottling. This wine is light and perfumed and pairs well with almost every Thanksgiving dish!
