Hand-harvested, fermented, and aged in concrete tanks, with a very short maceration, "Super Remi" is a blend from different Beaujolais Villages vineyards. Bottled in spring, zero sulfur added. Clean and juicy with summer berry notes, pairs well with duck, roasted chicken, and pork.
