Grapes: Negramoll, Listán Negro, Listán Blanco
A blend of Negramoll, Listán Negro, and a tiny portion of Listán Blanco from three parcels of centenarian vines on the same red basalt bedrock found in the unique Margalagua vineyard. Half of the vines undergo carbonic maceration which adds a dimension of brightness and freshness to the wine, while the other half is fermented traditionally. A wine best served chilled to enhance its fresh aromatic qualities.
