100% Listán Blanco that comes from centenarian vines planted on black volcanic soils at high altitudes between 500-850m above sea level. These vines are trained in the traditional cordon trenzado method, where the vines are braided to promote air circulation between the grape bunches. This wine is aged in large-format oak barrels and bottled without fining, filtration, and a miniscule amount of sulfur. This wine is noted for its linearity, focus, and volcanic intensity that lends a smoky, savoriness to the wine.
