Grapes: Gual, Malvasia, Verdello, Marmajuelo, Listán Blanco
This wine is composed of a large amount of white grapes, many of them unidentified in the vineyard, but many hail from Madeira and Portugal including Gual, Albillo Crillo, Malvasia, Verdelho and others. The parcels are very old and the vines grow untrained. Each parcel is vinified separately, with some receiving a bit of skin contact, about a 7 day maceration. This gives the wine structure and this bottling is slightly more aromatic than some of the other whites, though it never sees malolactic fermentation, meaning it has quite a crystalline structure.
