Some of you may be familiar with Envínate’s “Albahra” the beloved yellow label Alicante Bouschet from Almansa, west of Valencia, that we’ve glassed once or twice on our menu. Well, this is from a single-parcel amongst those chosen for the “Albahra” bottling that has very high limestone content. This one is bottled without SO2. Extremely limited quantities!!!
