Sourced exclusively from the Les Charmes vineyard, the highest altitude lieu dit in the appellation, "Eponym" is made from 45-50-year-old vines grown in schist, granite, and manganese soils. Foillard's "Eponym" is traditionally fermented for 3-4 weeks and aged for 6-9 months in used oak barrels
