This site is a lieu-dit of vines 90 to 100 years old sitting in the highest sector of the Grosse Pierre vineyard. The must undergoes semi-carbonic maceration without SO2 and is aged in concrete "beton" for 11 months without racking. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
