This is the estate's principal holding that surrounds the winery. The site has an eastern exposure at 350 meters with the classic granite "rose" soil. Vine age is 45 years. The must undergoes semi-carbonic maceration without SO2 and is then moved to concrete "beton" for 8 months. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
