Working exclusively with Sangiovese, the Mutiliana property sits high in the mountains of Romagna with three bottles unique to the three valleys running into the Appenine mountain town of Modigliana. Tramazo exemplifies the elegance of the crossroads between Sangiovese's botanical notes and pithy fruit. Maceration lasts 40 days, aged in large concrete vessels, and lightly filtered before bottling.
