The Bengoetxe is a unique Txakoli, with grapes planted further inland to take advantage of the clay soil and higher heat for optimal ripeness. This coastal white is 95% Hondarribi Zuri and 5% Gros Manseng and is aged on the lees in 3000 liter steel vats for close to a year. Unfined, unfiltered.
