The 2019 vintage is a pretty pink wine. Strawberry hard candies and watermelon Jolly Ranchers dominate the fruity nose. The palate is very dry with structured acidity. There is a seriousness and strongly vinous character to this wine. We highly recommend serving this colder than our other sparklers to emphasize the fruit character. Valdiguié (Napa Gamay) from Calistoga, Napa Valley farmed using organic methods.
