Grape: Chardonnay
Grown in the appellation Mâcon-Charnay, this is one of Jean Manciat’s favorite wines. From the oldest vines, at 30-35 years old, situated on a stony slope of clay limestone soils. Naturally aged and fermented in stainless steel tanks, this wine is fresh, floral, and flinty.
