From 20 to 70-year-old vines grown in pink sandstone soils, Jean Foillard's Fleurie is sourced from the lieu-dit Champagne and made by traditional carbonic maceration. Whole cluster fermentation lasts from 3-4 weeks and is aged for 6-9 months in used oak barrels.
