Started in 1976, Domaine Pêcheur is a relatively young Domaine in the Jura, but their methods remain highly traditional. Bone dry, this crémant is 100% Chardonnay and translates the tart, salty, Jurassic mineral that Jura is known for. Traditional method includes a primary fermentation in a steel tank before being moved to a second fermentation and 36 months on the lees.
